What is a EmpowerTalk™ AI Agent?

EmpowerTalk™ AI Agents are designed to mimic sales development staff in small to medium size organisations. They handle inbound leads, qualify them and answer questions. From this, they can either politely end the conversation or seamlessly hand the lead over to a human Sales Executive.

How does the EmpowerTalk™ AI Agent actually work?

1. A potential new customer reaches out to your business - this can be via email, web form, SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or your web chat.

2. The Agent analyses the message and responds within seconds, using its programming and training to qualify the lead whilst answering their questions

3. Depending on the outcome of the conversation, the Agent will either seamlessly pass the lead over to your Sales Development Team or politely end the conversation.

How does the EmpowerTalk™ AI Agent know what sort of leads my business wants?

On top of the sophisticated training that goes into our Agents, we layer them with as much information about your business as possible. This includes learning everything about your product inventory and services - anything you’d use to train your new staff with, we use to train your new Agent with.

We also analyse your website by crawling through it in the same way a search engine might. We can then extract any information that can help train your new Agent or surface anything we need more clarity on. We can then collate a set of FAQs to make sure we’ve got everything answered. By the time we’ve got your new Agent ready to go live, it will know your business better than you do!

How long does it take to set up my new EmpowerTalk™ Agent?

It takes approximately four to five weeks to get a new Agent up and running. Most of this time is spent learning everything we need to know about your business.

We assist with any technical set up that might be needed. We can integrate EmpowerTalk™ Agents with your CRM system and we’ll make sure we have permissions configured to ensure our Agents are sending messages from your email domain, business WhatsApp, Messenger etc.

Whilst all the technical set up is ongoing, we start training and feedback with you. We run simulated conversations and this gives us a great opportunity to plug any knowledge gaps and make sure the Agent’s got your tone of voice perfect.

How do I check if the EmpowerTalk™ Agent is ready to talk to my leads?

Once we’ve trained it on all your data, you talk to the Agent. We encourage all our customers to do anything in their power to break, trick or confuse the Agent (no one's managed it yet!) Nothing goes live until you’re completely confident.

How can I measure my new EmpowerTalk™ Agent’s effectiveness?

As with anything new, it’s important you can see the value you’re getting. We adapt KPIs based on what’s important to our clients so it’s completely up to you what metrics you want to track. Some of the standard reports we offer include:

• The client portal allows you to view conversation histories with timestamps

• Within the portal, we can analyse these conversations to let you understand more around interaction sentiments, common themes, questions and objections

• Any time improvements are suggested or corrections are needed, they’re tracked to allow insights.
